Rear Window

One of classical movies of English cinema, made by Alfred Hitchcock, based on the short story named "It had to be murder" written in 1942, but movie made during 1954. Starred by James Stewart, Grace Kelly, Wendell Corey, Thelma Ritter and Raymond Burr
It is a cinematographer movie, made in such way that the camera remains static in a place and all characters just come and play in front of camera.
"Girls movie" i would say, definitely will like this movie. It is based on gossiping attitude on neighbors, but the matter is done by a male character in that movie. It is based on the human nature of peeping into neighbors life. Only positive thing about this is that how does it unravels a mystery. In between, there is grace fullness in the romance between male being  Stewart and female lead being Grace Kelly.
The film will pull like anything, you will not know how the time passes, you get engrossed into it. Beautifully and realistically made plot and making audience always engaged using handful of characters. I like this movie for its cinematography , handling number of character, infact position of audience and main character are same. Further, it makes the people think. so beautiful.
I think the title was changed, in order not to allow audience guess the plot, Alfred is such a type of guy, who will make lot of efforts to not allow the audience to know the plot and end. He, in fact, bought all the books in market for the making of the movie "PSYCHO", it had been remade in so many films and serials too. For your information, Tamil audience, Psycho had remade as "Moodupani"
Typical Alfred Hitchcock film style, but it is one among his best movies, even to cinema critics and scholars. Nominated for 4 academy movies and in the list of best films of all time.
